Import your customer's e-mail addresses
Start with importing your subscribers' e-mail addresses to your account. You can use an Excel document to gather your contacts and then download the "import-file" on our website. Upload the Excel document to the import file and then upload the file to your account. It's always a good idea to divide your customers and contacts into different lists to make sure that you will send the right message to the right person.
If you want to add a specific address to a list, you can easily import the address manually.
Create your newsletter
Our digital tool makes it easy to create a selling newsletter that reflects your company or organization's graphic identity. You cant start with setting the font, font size, text color, and the size you want for your body text. Remember to always click on the "Update" and "Save" buttons to save your settings.
When you've set your settings, it's time to start with the layout! Click on the "Layout" button and choose which columns you want to use. Drag the columns to your newsletter and start editing! A good tip is to put your company's or organization's logo at the top of your newsletter. That'll make it easier for your readers to recognize your company and makes your newsletter look a little bit more professional.
Link to your website
Use links to guide your readers to your website! You find the link button to the right in the top menu. By linking your logo, pictures, and text, you can easily make your subscribers convert to your shop, social media platforms, blog, and so on.
Send your newsletter
When you are done with your editing and are ready to send your newsletter, click on the "Settings" button. Here you can write your title and the sender's address. Remember to use an email address that is linked to your company or organization. You can use your info address or a no-reply address.
Send a test letter to your email to check that your newsletter's layout is correct. Sometimes it looks different in different browsers and devices. View your newsletter to see that everything looks good. After that, you can choose to send your letter right away or schedule it. Keep in mind that your newsletter can get different responses due to what time of the day and day of the week you send your letter.
Follow up your sendings with statistics
Use the statistics to see how many of your subscribers opened your letter and how many clicked on links. The statistics are great for getting to know your customers a little bit better!
